Ecos (India) Mobility & Hospitality Limited reported its Q1 FY26 results on August 12, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew ~23% YoY to ₹1,776.43 million (vs ₹1,440.63 million in Q1 FY25), while consolidated revenue rose ~22% to ₹1,811.19 million. However, standalone net profit remained flat at ₹132.64 million (vs ₹132.49 million YoY), and consolidated PAT dipped slightly to ₹132.87 million from ₹135.01 million. Standalone PBT fell to ₹186.57 million from ₹224.57 million sequentially. EPS stood at ₹2.21 on standalone basis. The statutory auditor (S S Kothari Mehta & Co LLP) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications. The company also incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Ecos Fleet Management Services Private Limited, on June 11, 2025, and set August 18, 2025 as the record date for the final dividend, subject to AGM approval on September 16, 2025.
Strong topline growth of over 20% YoY is a positive signal, but flat-to-slightly-declining profits and EBITDA margin compression suggest cost pressures are eating into profitability. For shareholders, revenue momentum is encouraging though margin discipline will be key to watch in coming quarters.
