EGM approves name change, new MD appointment - all 4 resolutions passed

Prabhat Technologies held its EGM on June 18, 2026 via video conferencing. All 4 special resolutions passed with 100 percent approval and zero votes against. Resolutions covered: change in object clause of MoA, change of company name with MoA alteration, alteration in AoA to align with name change, and appointment of Mr. Shivanshu Pandey as Managing Director with remuneration. Of 866 shareholders, 37 voted representing 86.59 lakh shares (80.88 percent of 1.07 crore total). Promoters voted 99.90 percent of their holding; public non-institutions voted 36.23 percent.
