EGM approves new statutory auditor after merger of previous firm

ARSS Infrastructure Projects held an EGM on June 9, 2026 via video conferencing. The sole resolution approved the appointment of A D V AND CO LLP as statutory auditors to fill a casual vacancy. Previous auditor M A R S and Associates merged with A D V AND CO LLP effective February 11, 2026, causing the vacancy. New auditors will serve until the 26th AGM. The ordinary resolution passed with 99.99995 percent votes in favor on about 22 lakh shares polled.
