EIH Limited, the Oberoi Group hospitality company, has announced that its 75th Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 6th August 2025 at 11:30 AM through video conferencing. The annual report and AGM notice for FY 2024-25 were emailed to shareholders on 12th July 2025, and newspaper advertisements were published on 14th July 2025 in Business Standard (English) and Ei-Samay (Bengali, Kolkata). The record date and cut-off date for e-voting eligibility has been fixed as Wednesday, 30th July 2025, with remote e-voting open from 3rd August to 5th August 2025.
