Eimco Elecon India held its 52nd AGM on 25th June 2026 via video conferencing. All 4 resolutions passed with requisite majority: adoption of audited financial statements for FY ended March 31 2026 (99.9998 percent in favour), declaration of dividend for FY26 (99.9998 percent in favour), re-appointment of Mr Prashant Amin as director (99.84 percent in favour), and ratification of cost auditor remuneration for FY27 (99.994 percent in favour). Out of 17,514 shareholders on record date, 50.41 percent of outstanding shares participated in voting.
