EL Forge holds 90th AGM on 20 July 2026, seven resolutions transacted

EL Forge held its 90th AGM on 20 July 2026 at its registered office near Chennai. Seven resolutions were transacted: adoption of FY26 audited financials, reappointment of V Srikanth as director, appointment of K R Srihari and Ananya Srikanth as Executive Directors, appointment of S Vasudevan and Niranjan Sivan as Independent Directors, and appointment of B Venkatalakshmi as Secretarial Auditor. The auditor's report had no qualifications. Remote e-voting ran from 17 to 19 July with ballot available during the meeting. Meeting ended at 12:45 pm. Voting results to be filed separately.
