El Forge Limited's board, at its meeting on May 21, 2025, approved the audited standalone financial results for Q4 and the full year ended March 31, 2025. Total revenue for FY25 stood at around Rs. 7,672 lakhs, up about 11.6% from Rs. 6,873 lakhs in FY24, but net profit dropped sharply to roughly Rs. 29.78 lakhs compared to the previous year, largely because FY24 had included a sizeable one-time extraordinary gain (around Rs. 5,956 lakhs) that did not recur.
