Appointment of M/s M S K A and Associates LLP as a Statutory Auditors of the Company.

Elantas Beck India Ltd shareholders at the 70th AGM held on May 12, 2026 approved two key matters. First, Mr. Nandkumar Dhekne was re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second 5-year term from July 27, 2026 to July 26, 2031. Mr. Dhekne brings four decades of experience in operations, sales, and general management across Asia Pacific markets, having held senior roles at Solenis, GE, and Ashland. Second, M S K A & Associates LLP was appointed as the company's new Statutory Auditors for a 5-year term from the conclusion of the 70th AGM until the 75th AGM in 2031. M S K A & Associates is an established CA firm registered with ICAI and PCAOB, with offices across 12 Indian cities.
