Elantas Beck India has realigned its HR function. Mr. Rahul Pomal has been designated as Country Head HR (India) and appointed as Senior Management Personnel effective 4th October 2025. He holds an MBA in HR and an LLB, with over 19 years of experience across Adani Group, Infosys, Volkswagen, and John Deere. Ms. Bharti Bhosale, the existing Head of HR, will continue in her role but will no longer be classified as Senior Management Personnel. The changes were approved by the Board based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
