Revised Annual Report FY 2025-26 filed to fix share quantity display errors

Elcid Investments has filed a revised 45th Annual Report for FY 2025-26 with BSE on July 7, 2026, correcting minor typographical errors in the Investments Note of the standalone and consolidated financial statements. For Kusumgar Limited, the share quantity was wrongly shown as 82 instead of 82,192, though the carrying value of Rupees 3 Crore remains correct. For Taal Tech Limited, 2,702 (which was the market price) was wrongly shown as quantity instead of the actual holding of 12 shares. No changes to actual financial totals or carrying values were required.
