Electronics Mart India (EMIL), a consumer electronics retailer operating under Bajaj Electronics brand, has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2026. Standalone net sales for FY26 grew 9.6% to Rs 2,772.69 crore from Rs 2,530.32 crore in FY25, while consolidated net sales rose to Rs 2,973.57 crore from Rs 2,714.78 crore. Standalone net profit after tax surged to Rs 185.47 crore from Rs 162.68 crore, with Q4 net profit jumping dramatically to Rs 50.79 crore from just Rs 3.94 crore in Q4 FY25. EPS for the year stood at Rs 13.54 versus Rs 11.81 in the prior year. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 7.50 per share. Exceptional items included a VRS charge of Rs 9.98 crore and incremental labour code impact of Rs 17.37 crore (gratuity, leave encashment, PF). Other expenses rose sharply to Rs 82.65 crore due to business excellence initiatives.
