The Board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations fell to Rs. 2,853.48 lakhs in FY25 from Rs. 3,422.42 lakhs in FY24, a decline of about 17%. Despite lower revenue, net profit rose to Rs. 470.35 lakhs (FY25) from Rs. 405.21 lakhs (FY24), a growth of roughly 16%, and EPS improved to Rs. 15.87 from Rs. 11.42. The Board recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per share (10%) on a face value of Rs. 10, subject to shareholder approval. The 40th AGM is scheduled for July 16, 2025. M/s. Somani & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for 5 years (FY26–FY30), and M/s. Deepak Mehta & Associates were re-appointed as Internal Auditors for FY26. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Shareholders will receive a 10% final dividend and can expect a modest positive reaction as profitability improved despite weaker revenue. The stock may see limited excitement given the revenue contraction and ongoing negative operating cash flows, though the clean audit opinion supports investor confidence.
