Elitecon International has clarified its June 11 intimation about a delay in filing audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. The company says the delay is due to internal finalisation of standalone and consolidated financial statements, including consolidation of Indian and overseas subsidiaries, reconciliation of balances, and review of year-end entries. The delay is not attributed to the statutory auditors. Results will be submitted immediately upon board approval.
