Elixir Capital Ltd has submitted to BSE copies of newspaper advertisements published on 6 June 2026 in The Financial Express (English) and Mumbai Lakshwadeep (Marathi). The first notice reminds shareholders that unclaimed dividends from FY 2018-19, along with corresponding shares where dividends remained unpaid for 7 consecutive years, will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) after 28 September 2026; shareholders are urged to claim the dividend before that date. The second notice informs shareholders about a special one-year re-opened window from 5 February 2026 to 4 February 2027 for transferring and dematerializing physical securities bought or sold before 1 April 2019. Both notices are filed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The letter is signed by Whole-Time Director Radhika Mehta.
Shareholders with unclaimed FY 2018-19 dividends must claim them before 28 September 2026 or risk the money and underlying shares being moved permanently to the IEPF. Holders of old physical shares also have a limited window to dematerialize them. The announcement itself is a routine compliance notice and is unlikely to move the stock price.
