Elon Musk's SpaceX and Tesla combined market capitalisation has reached a record $4.4 trillion, surpassing Apple and roughly matching Alphabet (Google). SpaceX alone is valued at nearly $2.9 trillion after shares traded above $220 in overnight deals, putting it within $100 billion of Microsoft's market cap. The aerospace company also raised a record $85.7 billion via its IPO greenshoe overallotment, with shares trading 63% above the $135 IPO price.
