Embassy Office Parks REIT has filed a compliance certificate for its listed Commercial Papers (CPs) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, as required by SEBI's Master Circular dated October 15, 2025. The CFO confirmed that the ₹400 crore raised through Commercial Papers Tranche VII, allotted on October 17, 2025 (Scrip Code 730412), has been fully utilized in line with the Key Information Document dated October 14, 2025.
