Embassy Office Parks REIT has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

Embassy Office Parks REIT has filed a corrigendum to its FY2024-25 Annual Report to correct an inadvertent design error in a map of the Republic of India on page 142. The corrected page and updated Annual Report have been enclosed with the filing. The original Annual Report was submitted on June 9, 2025. The corrigendum is purely administrative in nature, correcting a formatting/design issue in the annual report rather than any financial or operational data. The underlying annual report shows strong performance with 51.1 msf portfolio, 87% occupancy, ₹40,389 mn revenue (10% YoY growth), ₹32,835 mn NOI, and ₹21,811 mn distributions (8% YoY growth).
