Embassy REIT FY26 Annual Report: Revenue up 13% to Rs 45,824 mn

Embassy REIT submitted its FY2025-26 Annual Report. Revenue from operations rose 13 percent YoY to Rs 45,824 mn, NOI grew 15 percent to Rs 37,602 mn, and distributions increased 10 percent to Rs 23,963 mn (Rs 25.28 per unit). The REIT leased 6.4 msf across 86 deals at 17 percent higher spreads and delivered 3.3 msf of new office space. Portfolio occupancy reached 90 percent. Gross Asset Value grew 15 percent to Rs 705 bn, with NAV per unit up 16 percent at Rs 491.62. Unitholders earned 22 percent total returns. The REIT guides for double-digit distribution growth in FY27.
