Embassy REIT submits Part C corporate governance compliance report for FY26

Embassy Office Parks REIT held its 8th Annual Meeting on July 24, 2026 via video conferencing and submitted the updated Part C of its Corporate Governance Compliance Report for FY ended March 31, 2026. All items are compliant (Yes), including audit committee chair attendance, website disclosures, and stakeholder relationship committee chair presence. The only No item is Nomination and Remuneration Committee chairperson attendance, which the manager clarifies is not mandatory under SEBI LODR regulations.
