Emcure promoters declare no new share pledges for FY26

Promoters Satish Mehta, Sunil Mehta, Samit Mehta and Namita Thapar of Emcure Pharmaceuticals have filed an annual declaration under SEBI takeover regulations, stating that no new encumbrances were created on their shares during the financial year ending March 31, 2026. An existing pledge of 60,000 equity shares by promoter group member Smita Paresh Shah from FY25 continues to remain pledged as on March 31, 2026.
