Emcure's subsidiary Gennova Biopharmaceuticals has signed a Business Transfer Agreement to sell its mRNA business to Immunoscript Life Science on a slump sale basis for Rs 1,395 Million in cash. The mRNA division contributed Rs 647.10 Mn revenue (0.71 percent of consolidated) and Rs 1,326.31 Mn net worth (2.68 percent) in FY26. Deal expected to close by July 17, 2026. Buyer is not related to promoters. Move helps Gennova focus on biosimilars and biotech core areas. No change in Emcure shareholding.
