Emkay Global Financial Services has announced that Mr. Bhalchandra Raul retired from the company with effect from close of office hours on 15th May 2026, upon superannuation. Consequently, he has ceased to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company from the same date. The company has appointed Mr. Nishant S. Shirke as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective from 16th May 2026. The updated list of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) authorized for determining materiality of events and disclosures under Regulation 30 has also been provided, listing four KMPs including two Managing Directors, a CFO, and the new Company Secretary.
