Emkay Global Financial Services has informed the exchanges that the trading window for dealing in its securities will be closed from 1st July 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June 2026. This is as per SEBI Insider Trading Regulations and the company Insider Trading Policy. All designated persons are barred from trading in the equity shares during this closure period.
