Emmvee Photovoltaic: Company Secretary resigns, new Compliance Officer appointed

Mr. Shailesha Barve has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited, effective close of business hours on June 30, 2026, to pursue opportunities outside the organization. No material reasons for the resignation were disclosed. The Board has appointed Mr. Nagaraj Shrinivas Ronad, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with about ten years of experience in corporate law and secretarial functions, as the new Compliance Officer with effect from July 1, 2026. Ronad has been associated with the Emmvee group since 2022.
