Empower India Ltd has confirmed a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), effective April 2, 2025. The old RTA, Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited, has been replaced by Skyline Financial Services Private Limited. Both depositories, NSDL and CDSL, have confirmed the change for electronic connectivity. The required tripartite agreement between the company, the old RTA, and the new RTA is currently under process and will be communicated separately.
