Emrock Corporation Ltd reported total revenue of Rs. 56.70 lakhs for Q3 FY26, up from Rs. 49.61 lakhs in the same quarter last year, with revenue from operations at Rs. 50 lakhs. Profit after tax for the quarter rose to Rs. 38.33 lakhs from Rs. 24.57 lakhs, a growth of about 56% year-on-year. For the nine-month period, total revenue surged to Rs. 125.59 lakhs versus Rs. 12.78 lakhs earlier, with PAT at Rs. 72.60 lakhs. Basic EPS for the quarter stood at Rs. 0.24. The auditor issued an unqualified review report but included three Emphasis of Matter notes covering TDR project valuation uncertainties, conversion of 1.06 crore warrants into equity shares (raising share capital from Rs. 5.22 crore to Rs. 15.82 crore), and a Rs. 210.17 lakh related-party loan at 9% interest with no formal written agreement.
Profitability improved sharply on a small revenue base, but the scale of business remains very small and lumpy. The related-party loan and warrant conversion highlight governance considerations that retail investors should weigh alongside the headline earnings growth.
