Deccan Bearings Limited has informed the stock exchanges that 12 individuals and HUF entities (Mr. Satyajit Mishra and members of the Vora family) have been reclassified from the Promoter category to the Public category, effective November 26, 2025. This reclassification follows the completion of an open offer by Mr. Pareshbhai Gushabhai Satani, Mr. Tanuj Pareshkumar Satani, Mr. Chirag Ramjibhai Satani, Mr. Ramjibhai Gushabhai Satani and persons acting in concert, made under SEBI Takeover Regulations. The open offer was triggered by the change in control of the company, with the Satani group now acquiring the promoters' stake. The intimation has been filed under SEBI LODR Regulation 31A(10) read with Regulation 30.
This marks a complete change of control at Deccan Bearings — the old promoter group (Mishra and Vora families) has exited the promoter classification, and the Satani group is now the new controlling shareholder.
