Deccan Bearings Limited (BSE: 505703) has informed the stock exchange that an open offer made by Mr. Pareshbhai Gushabhai Satani, Mr. Tanuj Pareshkumar Satani, Mr. Chirag Ramjibhai Satani, and Mr. Ramjibhai Gushabhai Satani along with persons acting in concert has been completed on November 26, 2025. As a result, 12 outgoing promoters including Mr. Satyajit Mishra, members of the Vora family, and their HUFs have been reclassified from the Promoter category to the Public category. The reclassification is done under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, following the change in control of the company to the Satani group.
This is a formal change-of-control event for retail shareholders. The Satani family has acquired the company via the open offer route, and the previous promoter group (Mishra/Vora families) has been moved to the public shareholder list, meaning they no longer have any special rights or influence over the company.
