Auto Pins (India) Ltd reported audited standalone financial results for FY ended March 2026. Total income declined to Rs. 3,737.01 lakhs from Rs. 4,660.78 lakhs in the previous year, representing approximately 20% revenue decline. Net profit after tax stood at Rs. 27.16 lakhs, down from Rs. 33.29 lakhs in FY 2024-25. The statutory auditor issued a Qualified Opinion due to non-provision for leave salary and gratuity of employees (non-compliance with Ind AS 19 - Employee Benefit), where the amount remains unascertained. Additionally, the auditor drew Emphasis of Matter on a disputed debtor withholding Rs. 133.46 lakhs (shown as trade receivables) and the implementation of new Labour Codes. Management acknowledged the Ind AS 19 issue and stated it will make necessary provisions in subsequent financial year.
The Qualified Opinion and revenue decline signal deteriorating financial health. Shareholders should note the auditor's qualification regarding employee benefit provisions and the disputed receivable of Rs. 133.46 lakhs which remains subject to recovery uncertainty.
