Avi Products India Ltd's board, at its meeting on January 16, 2026, approved several key appointments. Mr. Manas Ranjan Palo was appointed as an Additional Independent Director, and Mr. Saroj Kumar Choudhury as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, both for 5-year terms.
