HCLTech's CSR arm, HCLFoundation, signed two MoUs with the Government of Tamil Nadu. The first is a three-year partnership with StartupTN to mentor and support 100 startups through incubation and market linkage. The second is a five-year renewal with the Department of Employment and Training to strengthen vocational education via mobile skill labs, curriculum upgrades, and training at government ITIs.
