Consolidated revenue from operations grew ~19.6% YoY to Rs. 1,48,687.92 lakhs and net profit rose ~25.3% to Rs. 31,524.24 lakhs, translating to a basic EPS of Rs. 22.53. Standalone revenue grew ~19.2% to Rs. 1,35,435.39 lakhs with net profit of Rs. 29,327.29 lakhs (EPS Rs. 20.96). The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5 per share (50% on face value of Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval. The 33rd AGM is set for July 25, 2025 (via VC/OAVM) with the record date for dividend eligibility on July 18, 2025. Statutory auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion; PricewaterhouseCoopers Services LLP was re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY26 and M/s Kundan Agrawal & Associates appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term (FY26–FY30). The Board also approved a revised Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of UPSI, effective May 2, 2025.
Solid FY25 earnings with ~25% net profit growth and a steady 50% dividend payout should be viewed positively by shareholders and may support near-term sentiment in the stock. Clean audit opinion and continuity of a Big-4 internal auditor reinforce governance comfort.
