Endurance Technologies reported its Q1 FY26 results on August 13, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose about 10% year-on-year to ₹2,334.56 crore, with profit after tax at ₹165.82 crore versus ₹162.86 crore in Q1 FY25. Consolidated revenue grew about 17.5% to ₹3,318.89 crore and consolidated PAT rose around 11% to ₹226.35 crore, helped by the inclusion of newly acquired Stoeferle businesses in Germany. The Board also noted two acquisitions: the remaining 38.5% in Maxwell Energy Systems (now a wholly-owned subsidiary) for about ₹7.50 crore, and a 60% stake in Stoeferle Automotive GmbH and Stoeferle GmbH for EUR 37.74 million, completed in April 2025. The statutory auditor S R B C & Co LLP issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results.
Steady quarter with mid-teen consolidated revenue growth and stable profitability, partly lifted by the Stoeferle acquisition. No negative audit flags, so the filing is neutral-to-slightly positive for shareholders, though the change in reporting currency to ₹ crore and inclusion of new subsidiaries will affect period-on-period comparisons.
