The Board of EnCap Investment Manager (formerly Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager), acting as Investment Manager for Energy Infrastructure Trust, approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended Sept 30, 2025) and H1 FY26 at its meeting on November 13, 2025. Standalone profit after tax for Q2 FY26 stood at Rs 51.48 crore, taking H1 FY26 profit to Rs 309.93 crore (up from Rs 196.53 crore in H1 FY25). Net Distributable Cash Flow at the Trust level was Rs 271.59 crore for Q2 and Rs 542.17 crore for H1 FY26. The Trust distributed Rs 4.0750 per unit in April 2025 and Rs 4.0766 per unit in July 2025, with another Rs 3.9151 per unit paid in October 2025. NAV per unit at fair value declined to Rs 85.03 as of Sept 30, 2025, from Rs 88.35 at end of FY25. Credit ratings of CRISIL AAA/Stable and CARE AAA/Stable were reaffirmed.
Routine quarterly results with steady distributions to unitholders, though the decline in NAV per unit and a lower H1 NDCF compared to H1 FY25 may draw attention. The reaffirmed AAA credit ratings underscore the Trust's financial strength.
