Energy Infrastructure Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

Energy Infrastructure Trust (formerly India Infrastructure Trust), an Infrastructure Investment Trust, has had its issuer rating reaffirmed at CARE AAA with a Stable outlook by CARE Ratings Limited. The rating review was based on the Trust's FY25 audited and Q1FY26 unaudited operational and financial performance. The AAA rating reflects the highest level of creditworthiness and lowest default risk. The intimation was made to BSE as required under SEBI InvIT regulations.
