Energy Infrastructure Trust, a SEBI-registered Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) managed by EnCap Investment Manager (formerly Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager), has issued a corrigendum rescheduling its first Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) for FY 2025-26. The EGM, originally set for September 26, 2025, will now be held on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. IST via Video Conferencing, due to logistics and operational reasons. Unitholders holding units as of September 12, 2025 are entitled to receive the Notice, while the cut-off date for voting eligibility is October 3, 2025. Remote e-voting will run from October 7, 2025 (9:00 a.m.) to October 9, 2025 (5:00 p.m.), and voting results will be announced on or before October 14, 2025. The meeting is being conducted in line with SEBI's InvIT Regulations and the July 11, 2025 SEBI Master Circular.
This is an administrative rescheduling with no change to the business to be transacted at the EGM. Unitholders should note the new meeting date (October 10, 2025), the voting cut-off date (October 3, 2025), and the remote e-voting window to ensure their participation. The postponement itself is unlikely to have a material impact on the unit price.
