Energy Infrastructure Trust has filed its annual full valuation report for FY 2025-26 (as on March 31, 2026) as required under SEBI InvIT Regulations. The independent valuer, Mr. S. Sundararaman (IBBI registered), has assessed the Fair Enterprise Value of SPV Pipeline Infrastructure Limited at Rs. 11,892 Crores using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method over a ~13-year projection period. The declared Net Asset Value (NAV) is Rs. 80.14 per unit. The SPV operates a 1,483 km natural gas pipeline from Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh) to Bharuch (Gujarat), with RIL having a 20-year contracted capacity agreement for up to 33 Mmscmd. Trust units are held 38.90% by sponsor group, 49.23% by non-institutional investors, and the remainder by institutional investors.
The NAV of Rs. 80.14 per unit provides unitholders a reference value for the Trust's underlying assets. The pipeline's enterprise valuation of Rs. 11,892 Crores reflects the long-term contracted cash flows from gas transportation operations, supporting the Trust's distribution capacity.
