Engineers India Limited (EIL) published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY 2025-26. Standalone revenue grew 27% YoY to ₹3,850 crore (vs ₹3,028 crore), while consolidated revenue reached ₹3,928 crore. Other income rose to ₹209 crore from ₹170 crore. Net profit after tax on a standalone basis surged 37% to ₹639 crore versus ₹465 crore in the prior year. EPS (basic & diluted) improved from ₹8.28 to ₹11.36 per share. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share (face value ₹5), adding to the ₹2.50 interim dividend already paid, bringing total dividend to ₹5 per share for FY26.
