Engineers India Ltd has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY 2025-26 ended 31st March 2026. Standalone revenue from operations grew 27% year-on-year to ₹38,499 lakh crore, while net profit after tax increased 37% to ₹6,387 lakh crore. EPS for the full year stood at ₹11.36 per share (face value ₹5), compared to ₹8.28 in the previous year. The Board of Directors approved these results at their meeting on 21 May 2026. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations reached ₹39,282 lakh crore with net profit of ₹6,916 lakh crore and EPS of ₹12.30. The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share in addition to the interim dividend of ₹2.50 already paid during the year, totaling ₹5.00 per share.
Strong profitability growth with 37% increase in net profit and EPS demonstrates improved operational efficiency. The company's robust order book of ₹15,109 crore provides good revenue visibility going forward. Total dividend of ₹5 per share indicates healthy cash generation and shareholder-friendly approach.
