Trading Window Closed from July 1 Ahead of Q1 FY27 Results

Enkei Wheels (India) has informed BSE that its trading window will remain closed from 1st July 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Q1 FY27 financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. This is a standard compliance measure under SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, prohibiting designated persons and their immediate relatives from trading in company securities during this blackout period. The board meeting date to approve Q1 results will be intimated separately.
