Entero Healthcare Solutions reported its Q3 FY26 (quarter ended December 31, 2025) results. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to Rs 17,065 million (up from Rs 13,590 million in Q3 FY25), with 9-month revenue at Rs 46,813 million vs Rs 37,567 million last year. Consolidated profit after tax for Q3 was Rs 339 million (vs Rs 294 million in Q3 FY25), and Rs 1,007 million for the 9-month period (vs Rs 760 million). Standalone Q3 PAT was just Rs 8 million due to a Rs 45 million exceptional charge related to new Labour Codes. The Board also approved a fresh grant of 5,000 stock options under the ESOP 2023 plan at an exercise price of Rs 804 per option. Separately, the company cancelled its proposed acquisition of Khera Medisolutions and AV Medisolutions citing commercial reasons.
Strong consolidated revenue and profit growth signal business expansion, though the standalone numbers were weighed down by a one-time Labour Code adjustment. The ESOP grant is very small (5,000 shares) with negligible dilution. Cancellation of two acquisitions removes earlier inorganic growth ambitions and could be viewed slightly negatively, though no cash was deployed.
