Enviro Infra Engineers reported Q1 FY26 revenue of Rs. 241 crores, up 17.4% year-on-year, with EBITDA at Rs. 64 crores (up 25.2%) at a healthy margin of 26.7%, and profit after tax at Rs. 42 crores (up 41.8%), giving a PAT margin of 17%. The company won fresh orders worth Rs. 1,178 crores in the quarter, including its first ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) project worth Rs. 395 crores, taking the total execution order book to Rs. 2,051 crores across 21 active projects, with an O&M portfolio of Rs. 946 crores. Management guided for FY26 order inflows of Rs. 2,500 crores, revenue CAGR of 35-40% for the next 5 years, and sustainable EBITDA margins of 22-24%. The company disclosed a cyber fraud incident of Rs. 11.15 crores (Rs. 4.95 crores charged as exceptional item), for which the Chairman and MD have voluntarily foregone their remuneration until the loss is fully recovered; about Rs. 2.5 crores has already been recovered and FIR filed. Management also highlighted entry into solar power through subsidiary EIE Renewables (40 MW Odisha and 29 MW Maharashtra assets) and plans for desalination JVs.
Strong operational performance with robust order inflows and multi-year revenue visibility supports the growth story, while the cyber fraud incident is a minor concern being addressed through promoter accountability and tighter controls. Sustained 22-24% EBITDA margin guidance and O&M margin expansion to 30-35% from FY27 onwards should support earnings; the stock may react positively to the visible growth pipeline, though the fraud overhang may weigh briefly.
