Enviro Infra Engineers announced the acquisition of Suyog Urja Limited, a wind energy EPC specialist, for a total value of ₹311 crore. The deal is structured in tranches: 51% stake acquired immediately for ₹111 crore, with the remaining 49% to be bought out over 2 years. Suyog Urja has 500+ MW of wind projects completed, 600 MW under execution, and an order book of ₹650 crore. The target company generated FY26 revenue of ₹355 crore with PAT of ₹38 crore. Combined 3-year PAT guidance (FY26-28) is ~₹175 crore, with order book target of ₹1,090 crore by April 2028. This acquisition marks Enviro Infra's entry into wind energy, expanding from its existing water infrastructure and solar/BESS portfolio.
The acquisition diversifies Enviro Infra into wind EPC, creating an integrated renewable platform. The ₹650 crore order book addition strengthens near-term revenue visibility, while the phased structure limits immediate cash outflow. This strategic move positions the company beyond government water projects into private-sector renewable infrastructure.
