Enviro Infra Engineers Limited's step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja Limited (SUL), has been awarded an EPC contract from CGE 30 Hybrid Energy Private Limited for land aggregation and Balance of Plant works for a hybrid renewable energy project combining wind and solar components. The contract includes civil works, electrical installations, crane supply for wind turbine installation, solar infrastructure, evacuation facilities, testing, and commissioning. The total contract value is ₹207.47 Crore (excluding GST) with a completion deadline of 30th June, 2027. This is a domestic order with no related party involvement.
The ₹207.47 crore contract represents a new business win for the company's renewable energy segment through its step-down subsidiary, which could positively impact future revenue visibility. However, the order is awarded to SUL (step-down subsidiary) rather than directly to EIEL, so the revenue benefit to the parent company may be proportionally smaller.
