Enviro Infra Engineers has filed the Crisil Ratings Monitoring Agency Report on use of its IPO proceeds for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company raised Rs 51,727.25 lakhs (net) from the November 2024 IPO across four purposes: working capital (Rs 18,100 lakhs), subsidiary infusion for the Mathura 60 MLD STP project (Rs 3,000 lakhs), debt repayment (Rs 12,000 lakhs), and inorganic growth/general corporate purposes (Rs 18,627.25 lakhs). During the quarter, Rs 8,767.62 lakhs was deployed, taking cumulative utilization to Rs 38,000.57 lakhs (about 73% of net proceeds), with Rs 13,726.68 lakhs still unutilized and parked in HDFC Bank fixed deposits. The loan repayment object is fully done, the Mathura STP is nearly complete (Rs 2,972.62 lakhs of Rs 3,000 lakhs used), and Rs 4,795 lakhs from the GCP bucket was used to acquire EIE Renewables Pvt Ltd, approved by the Board on August 11, 2025.
No deviation from the stated IPO objects was flagged, which is a positive governance signal for shareholders. The company is deploying funds on schedule and has started using the acquisition kitty, but a large chunk (Rs 11,273.76 lakhs) is still parked in FDs awaiting deployment, so investors should watch for further acquisitions or capex announcements.
