Enviro Infra Engineers Limited has submitted its Q4 FY26 Monitoring Agency Report for IPO proceeds utilization. The IPO raised Rs 65,030.04 lakhs (fresh issue of Rs 57,234.96 lakhs + OFS of Rs 7,795.08 lakhs) in November 2024. As of March 31, 2026, Rs 46,152.57 lakhs (89.23%) of net proceeds of Rs 51,727.25 lakhs has been deployed. Working capital utilization stands at Rs 18,099.07 lakhs (99.99%), subsidiary infusion (Mathura STP) at Rs 3,000 lakhs (fully utilized), and debt repayment at Rs 12,000 lakhs (fully utilized). However, inorganic growth/GCP deployment is at Rs 13,053.49 lakhs out of Rs 18,627.25 lakhs (70%), with Rs 5,574.68 lakhs remaining. The report notes a delay in implementation for working capital and inorganic growth objects originally scheduled for FY25, now extended to FY26 due to operational reasons. No major deviations from offer document objects were observed. Unutilized funds are parked in HDFC Bank fixed deposits and monitoring accounts.
The IPO proceeds are being deployed largely as intended with no major deviations, though implementation delays for working capital and inorganic growth may require monitoring. Fund utilization at 89% with proper deployment in FDs indicates reasonable progress.
