EPACK Durable has set up a new wholly owned subsidiary called Bumjin India Audio Products Private Limited, which got its incorporation certificate on June 27, 2025. The new company will make electronic consumer goods such as TV monitors, speakers, sound bars, displays, radios, music systems and non-television video cameras. EPACK will hold 100% of the subsidiary, starting with a small paid-up capital of Rs 1 lakh (10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each). Two members of the promoter group, Ms. Avishi Singhania and Mr. Nitin Bothra, will serve as directors on the new entity, making this a related-party transaction. The company says the move is aimed at business growth, and the new subsidiary is yet to begin operations, so no turnover or revenue figures are available yet.
This is a small, early-stage expansion move into audio and electronic consumer products that complements EPACK's existing manufacturing business. The Rs 1 lakh initial capital means financial exposure is negligible for now, so near-term impact on shareholders or stock price is likely limited. Investors should watch for future updates on funding, business plans and actual operations of Bumjin.
