EPL Limited has acquired 19,800 shares (99% of paid-up capital) of EPL Packaging (Thailand) Co. Ltd. (EPTL) for 19,80,000 Thai Baht (approximately Rs. 4.9 million), with payment made on April 30, 2025. EPTL was incorporated on February 4, 2025 in Thailand and will act as a vehicle to manufacture and trade laminated tubes, pursuing growth opportunities in Thailand.
