EPL Limited reported audited financial results for FY2026 with consolidated revenue of Rs 47,631 million, up 13% from Rs 42,133 million in FY2025. Consolidated net profit after tax grew 8% to Rs 3,889 million, while standalone NPAT surged 40% to Rs 2,949 million. EPS improved to Rs 12.15 (consolidated basic) and Rs 9.22 (standalone basic). However, Q4 showed a sequential decline with consolidated NPAT dropping 10% to Rs 1,029 million and standalone NPAT falling 33% to Rs 428 million. Total comprehensive income jumped 65% year-on-year to Rs 6,453 million. The standalone debt-equity ratio increased from 0.23 to 0.36, indicating higher leverage.
Strong full-year performance with double-digit revenue and profit growth reflects operational strength. However, Q4 sequential decline and increased leverage may concern short-term investors. The 40% standalone profit growth is particularly positive for parent company shareholders.
