EPL Limited reported strong Q4FY25 results with revenue growing 7.4% YoY to ₹11,054 million and EBITDA expanding 17.7% to ₹2,246 million, lifting EBITDA margin by 177 bps to 20.3%. Adjusted PAT surged 42.4% in Q4 and 44.6% for the full year FY25, with reported PAT up 68.4% to ₹3,590 million. The company has delivered 11 consecutive quarters of margin expansion, with FY25 EBITDA margin reaching 19.9%. Net Debt/EBITDA improved sharply from 0.84x to 0.54x, and ROCE rose 335 bps to 18.0%. Beauty & Cosmetics grew over 20% in Q4, while Europe margins jumped from 11% to 17.2% following restructuring. Management highlighted minimal US tariff impact (US exports under 5% of revenue) and guided for continued double-digit revenue growth with EBITDA growth ahead of revenue.
Strong all-round performance with margin expansion, debt reduction and ROCE improvement should be viewed positively by investors. Capacity expansion in Brazil and Thailand greenfield plant signal confidence in sustained growth, particularly in Beauty & Cosmetics.
